Georgia became the last of the 14 SEC football teams to have a game televised on the conference’s new network.

The Bulldogs’ game against Troy on Saturday is being carried by the SEC Network, which launched in August as a partnership between the league and ESPN. The network is available nationwide in about 90 million homes.

It “has clearly been the most successful network launch in the history of television,” UGA President Jere Morehead told the school’s Athletic Association board of directors Friday. “We anticipate that the SEC Network will certainly help our university and our athletic association in the future.”

UGA athletic director Greg McGarity said he doesn’t know when SEC member schools will begin receiving revenue from the network, or how much.
