SEC Offensive Player of the Week: LSU running back Leonard Fournette scored three touchdowns and rushed for 159 yards Saturday against Mississippi State. Fournette carried the ball a career-high 28 times and averaged 5.7 yards per carry.
SEC Defensive Player of the Week: Missouri linebacker Kentrell Brothers was all over the field, recording 16 tackles and a career-high two interceptions in the 27-20 win over Arkansas State.
SEC Special Teams Player of the Week: Georgia punt returner Isaiah McKenzie returned a punt for a touchdown against Vanderbilt. That was McKenzie's fourth career return of a kick for a touchdown.
SEC Freshman of the Week: Kentucky defensive back Chris Westry iced the game for the Wildcats with an interception in the last five minutes of the game to maintain the 26-22 lead over South Carolina. Westry also recorded a sack during the second quarter.
ACC Offensive Back of the Week: Florida State sophomore Dalvin Cook's rushed for 266 yards and three touchdowns in the 34-14 win over South Florida. All three of Cook's touchdowns were on 20-plus yard carries (74,24,37).
ACC Receiver of the Week: Virginia senior Canaan Severin recorded career highs in receptions (11) and yards (153) against Notre Dame.
ACC Defensive Back of the Week: FSU junior Jalen Ramsey and Syracuse senior Julian Whigham. Ramsey had three pass breakups while his teams defense held the Bulls to 125 passing yards. Whigham recorded six solo tackles for the Orange and broke up two passes in the 30-17 win over Wafe Forest.
ACC Linebacker of the Week: North Carolina senior Shakeel Rashad forced a fumble, intercepted a pass, deflected another and recorded two tackles in the 53-14 blowout of North Carolina A&T.
ACC Specialist of the Week: FSU junior Robert Aguayo is now the most accurate kicker in NCAA history after making 161 consecutive PATs. Against South Florida, he made 30- and 38-yard field goals and four PATs.
ACC Freshman of the Week: Syracuse freshman quarterback Eric Dungey made his first career start, in place of injured senior Terrel Hunt. Dungey finished the game completing 8 of 13 passes for 221 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions.
