Georgia Tech defensive end Jeremiah Attaochu and guard Shaquille Mason were the team’s only two representatives on the coaches All-ACC team, released Wednesday.

Attaochu made the first team with 12 sacks in the regular season, including 10 in the final five games, four against Georgia. He was on the second team of the media’s All-ACC team.

Mason was voted to the third team after being chosen to the first team for the media All-ACC team.

B-back David Sims was voted honorable mention. He leads Tech in rushing with 846 yards and 11 rushing touchdowns and 12 overall touchdowns.

Safety Jemea Thomas and A-back Robert Godhigh, two of the team’s top performers this season, did not make the list.

The league’s 14 coaches voted on the team. They were not permitted vote for their own players. Players received three points for a first-team designation, two points for second team and one point for third team.
