The Georgia Bulldogs and the Oklahoma Sooners will face off in the 2018 Rose Bowl, it was announced Sunday.

Here are a few notes about the matchup:

Kickoff: 5:10 p.m., Monday, Jan. 1, 2018

Where: Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, Calif.

TV: The College Football Playoff semifinal can be watched on ESPN or Watch ESPN.

What to know about the matchup:

No. 3 Georgia clinched a College Football Playoff spot after a 28-7 win over Auburn on Saturday in the SEC Championship.

No. 2 Oklahoma clinched its College Football Playoff spot on Saturday with a 41-17 win over TCU in the Big 12 Championship Game.
