Former Atlanta Braves player Chipper Jones thoroughly enjoyed throwing out the first pitch before Thursday’s season opener at SunTrust Park, but not as much as he enjoyed watching his former team rally from a 5-0 deficit.

“Exciting baseball watching Bravos coming back from 5-0,” Jones wrote on Twitter. “Nicky with the big Yicketty! Gonna be fun times for Braves Country in the yrs to come. Congrats fellas!”

Braves’ outfielder Nick Markakis hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning Thursday to give the Braves an 8-5 win over the Philadelphia Phillies.
