Braves fan favorite Charlie Culberson celebrated his 31st birthday April 10.

Culberson spent the 2018 and 2019 seasons with the Braves and was in spring training on a minor-league deal when baseball operations were suspended in March because of the coronavirus outbreak. Culberson, who suffered multiple facial fractures during a bunt attempt in September, was been a pivotal player over the past two division-winning years, where he's been a reliable fill-in option upon injury.

Culberson started at shortstop for the Braves in the 2018 National League Division Series with Dansby Swanson sidelined and didn’t allow a run in two innings of relief pitching in 2019.
