An interesting proposal popped up on McFarland Blvd. in Tuscaloosa, Ala. this week.

A billboard paid for and created by UCF fans proposed the two “national champions” face off in the coming seasons.

“Congratulations Alabama,” the billboard read. “How about a home-and-home series with UCF?”

UCF administrators and team officials claimed the national championship title for UCF after being the only NCAA Division-I football team to go 13-0 this season and defeating Auburn in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl on Jan. 1.

Alabama has yet to respond.
