Already named a starter in the All-Star game Sunday and the Rising Stars game Friday, Young is set to make his first appearance in the 3-Point Contest Saturday, Feb. 15, at United Center in Chicago.

Young will compete against seven others, including defending champion Joe Harris (who is shooting 40.5% from 3-point range this season), the Wizards’ David Bertans (42.9%), the Hornets’ Devonte’ Graham (37.6%), the Kings’ Buddy Hield (37.6%), the Bulls’ Zach LaVine (37.6%), the Heat’s Duncan Robinson (43.9%) and the Trail Blazers’ Damian Lillard (39.7), who is also an All-Star.

This season, Young has made 156 of 425 3-point attempts (36.7%).
