Hawks guard Kyle Korver was presented with the Jason Collier Memorial Trophy on Wednesday.

The trophy is named after the late Hawks center who died in 2005 and is presented to the individual who best exemplifies the characteristics Collier displayed off the court as a community ambassador.

Collier’s widow, Katie, daughter, Ella, and parents, Jeff and Joyce Collier, were joined in the on-court presentation by 100 parents and children with tickets to the game paid for by the Jason Collier Memorial Foundation.

The tickets were donated to four local organizations, The Fatherless Daughter Project, Mothers Raising Sons, Inc. and Atlanta Youth Academy.

Each child wore a T-shirt with Collier’s No. 40 and will get a scholarship to attend the upcoming Atlanta Hawks Youth Basketball Clinic.

Injury report: Lou Williams returned for Wednesday's game against the Celtics after missing the past two games with a sore left hamstring. Starting center Pero Antic was a late scratch because of a sore right ankle. Elton Brand started in place of Antic.

Brand up for award: Brand was named a finalist for Twyman-Stokes teammate award. The award is given to the NBA player describe as the "ideal teammate."

There are 12 finalists, six from the East and six from the West, as nominated by a panel of NBA legends. Ballots to NBA players, who cannot vote for a teammate, went out Monday.

Chauncey Billups won the inaugural one last season.

Korver and Team USA: The USA Basketball men's national team will hold its training camp July 28-31 at UNLV. Korver is on the U.S. roster.

Following the daily workouts in Las Vegas, the camp will end with the Blue-White exhibition game Aug. 1 at the Thomas & Mack Center.

Team USA will reassemble in Chicago to train Aug. 14-15. It will play an exhibition game against Brazil at the United Center on Aug. 16. The camp will continue Aug. 17-22 in New York. Exhibition games will be played Aug. 20 against the Dominican Republic and Aug. 22 at Puerto Rico at Madison Square Garden. Team USA will end its tour Aug. 24-26 on the island of Gran Canaria. An exhibition against Slovenia will be played Aug. 26.

The training camp begins the preparation for the United States’ participation in the 2014 FIBA World Cup that will be played Aug. 30-Sept. 14 in Spain.
