Dwight Howard has been upgraded to questionable for Friday night’s game at Charlotte, according to the injury report issued by the Hawks.

Howard missed Wednesday’s game against the Bucks with a left quad contusion. He suffered the injury in a game against the Heat Tuesday. The starting center was listed as questionable before the game against the Bucks and was ruled out about an hour before the start time. Mike Muscala started in place of Howard.

Thabo Sefolosha also missed Wednesday’s game with a mild left knee sprain. The reserve forward was also listed as questionable on the latest injury report. Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer said Sefolosha suffered the injury late in the game against the Heat.

Tiago Splitter (right hamstring strain) and Mike Scott (sore left knee) remain on the injury report as out.
