The Hawks’ Paul Millsap finished 20th in All-Star fan voting among Eastern Conference frontcourt players with 39,551 votes. The NBA released the full balloting by fans, players and media in announcing the All-Star Game starters Thursday.

Millsap, who made the All-Star team as a reserve the past three seasons, also finished tied for 12th in player voting with 13 votes. A total of 324 players took part in the balloting process. Millsap finished tied for eight in media panel voting with one vote.

Dwight Howard was the highest Hawks vote-getter among fans. He finished 13th with 151,155 votes. He was tied for 19th among players with six votes.

Dennis Schroder finished 20th among fans in the backcourt with 23,565. He was tied for 26th among players with three votes.

The Eastern Conference starters are LeBron James, Jimmy Butler, Giannis Antetokounmpo, DeMar DeRozan and Kyrie Irving.

The Western Conference starters are Stephen Curry, James Harden, Kahwi Leonard, Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis.

Fans accounted for 50 percent of the vote, while all current players and a media panel accounted for 25 percent each. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution did not participate in the media panel.

The reserves will be announced on Jan. 29. The All-Star Game will be played in New Orleans on Feb. 19.
