Lamar Patterson has arrived in Atlanta where he will work out until playing for the Hawks entry in the Las Vegas Summer League next month.

Patterson was a 2014 second-round pick by the Bucks and obtained by the Hawks in a draft-day trade last year. He spent the past season in Turkey playing for Tofas Bursa. In 29 games, Patterson averaged 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.2 assists in 28.0 minutes. He shot 50 percent for the field, including 35.3 percent from 3-point range, playing shooting guard and small forward.

The 6-foot-5 Patterson played four seasons at Pittsburgh. He was drafted with the 48th overall pick by the Bucks before being traded to the Hawks. After playing in the Las Vegas Summer League with the Hawks last year, he signed to play in Turkey in August to continue his development. The Hawks continue to hold his rights and sent representatives to Europe on several occasions to watch Patterson.

The Las Vegas Summer League is scheduled for July 10-20.
