The NBA will play an exhibition game in Africa this summer, the league and its players association announced Wednesday.

The game will be played Aug. 1 in Johannesburg, South Africa and feature a Team Africa versus Team World format. Team Africa will be comprised of players from Africa and second generation African players and be captained by Luol Deng. Team World will be comprised of players from the rest of the world and be captained by Chris Paul.

NBA executives, coaches, general managers and legends will also participate, including Hawks coach Mike Budenholzer. He will be joined by the Nets coach Lionel Hollins, Nets general manager Billy King, NBA Global Ambassador Dikembe Mutombo, NBA Africa Ambassador Hakeem Olajuwon, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver, Celtics coach Brad Stevens, Raptors general manager Masai Ujiri and Pelicans coach Monty Williams.

Rosters of players and coaches will be announced at a later date.

The game will take place following Basketball without BordersAfrica and will benefit Boys & Girls Clubs of South Africa, SOS Children’s Villages Association of South Africa and the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
