Carroll misses trip to London for birth of daughter (updated)
Hawks guard DeMarre Carroll will not play Thursday in London.

Jan 15, 2014DeMarre Carroll became a father Wednesday following the birth of his daughter.
Carroll did not travel with the Hawks to London and will miss Thursday’s game against the Nets
Carroll and his fiancee welcomed baby girl Lailah Amari Carroll Wednesday.
“Great feeling!” Carroll said in a text message to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
He also posted on Twitter:
God has been good to me!!! One of my happiest days!!!#blessed #staypositive
