On Day 2 of this year’s MLB draft, here’s a look at how last year’s No. 1 overall pick, Dansby Swanson, is faring in the Braves’ farm system.

• After putting up solid numbers at high Single-A Carolina, he was promoted to Double-A Mississippi on April 30 and continued to hit well. The shortstop and top-rated prospect has hit a skid, though, in the past 13 games.

In that time period his batting average has fallen 48 points, and the troubling statistic from the 13 games is his 15 strikeouts.

• Otherwise, he is 11-for-57 (.193), with seven runs scored, five RBIs, one home run, one double, no triples and five walks in the 13 games.

• In the previous 21 games since he arrived at Mississippi, he hit .309 (25-for-81) with 16 runs scored, 12 RBIs, three homers, four doubles, two triples and 10 walks — with only eight strikeouts.

• At Carolina, he played 21 games, hitting .333 (26-for-78) with 14 runs, 10 RBIs, one homer, 12 doubles, no triples and 15 walks. He struck out 13 times.
