Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman exited Wednesday’s game against the Phillies after he was hit in the left hand by a pitch from Hoby Milner.

Freeman was hit in the same spot where Aaron Loup’s pitch hit him a season ago, breaking his wrist and sidelining him for seven weeks.

Freeman immediately went to the dugout and met with trainer George Poulos. Charlie Culberson ran for him at first base.

The Braves defeated the Phillies 7-3.
