The Braves will see a familiar face during Wednesday’s Grapefruit League contest against the Twins in Fort Myers, Fla. -- former teammate Josh Donaldson.

Donaldson quickly became a team and fan favorite during the 2019 season with the Braves. Playing on a one-year contract, Donaldson finished 2019 with 37 home runs and 94 runs batted in while playing solid defense at third base.

Donaldson quickly earned the respect of his Braves’ teammates in the lockerroom and his ‘Bringer of Rain’ jersey was a fan favorite during Players’ Weekend last August.

The Braves had hoped Donaldson would return for the 2020 season, the veteran signed a multi-year contract with the Twins in January.
