The Braves will now send seven players to the AFL. Seymour was the Braves' No. 24 prospect entering the season, according to MLB.com.
Seymour was acquired from the Marlins for lefty reliever Hunter Cervenka in August 2016. Since he was promoted to the Single-A Florida Fire Frogs in May, Seymour hit .280/.341/.358 in 82 games.
