Fullback Antonee Robinson was voted the U.S. Soccer male player of the year on Sunday.

Robinson, who plays for Fulham in England’s Premier League, was also named Fulham’s player of the year for 2024 after notching 10 assists.

Robinson started 11 matches for the U.S., including four shutouts, last year.

“It’s an incredible honor,” Robinson said in a statement from the United States Soccer Federation, which is scheduled to move to Atlanta in 2026. “Representing our country isn’t something you do for individual accolades. It’s always about putting the team first and trying to do my best for the boys and for the country, so to be rewarded for that is an amazing feeling.”

Also nominated were Folarin Balogun, Ricardo Pepi, Christian Pulisic and Tim Ream. Robinson won with 55 percent of the weighted total from voting that included numerous bodies.
