After hosting Cincinnati, if Atlanta United has advanced in the Champions League it will play its first game in the quarterfinals March 10-12. The return legs are March 17-19.
Atlanta United will then play at Chicago in its home opener at Soldier Field on March 21.
The rest of the MLS schedule is reportedly coming out in mid-December.
Cincinnati’s roster includes two former Atlanta United players: fullback Greg Garza, who was acquired in a trade before the 2019 season, and striker Brandon Vazquez, who was acquired in a trade after Nashville selected him in the recent expansion draft.
Cincinnati finished with the fewest points (24) in the league last season, its first. It scored a league-low 31 goals and allowed a league-high 75.
