The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on Sunday will offer continued coverage of the life and legacy of Atlanta Braves home run king Hank Aaron, who died early Friday at age 86.
The early Sunday edition of the AJC, available at noon Saturday in metro Atlanta retail stores that sell the daily newspaper, will include bonus coverage: A great player, a greater man. Plus, career highlights, a first-person account from a fan and reaction from around the country.
Sunday’s print editions, including the AJC ePaper, will offer an expanded Sports section with stories and columns including Aaron’s involvement in the civil-rights movement and his philanthropic work in Atlanta and elsewhere. Coverage also includes a full-page poster of the Braves legend.
