Lottery registration for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race will open Sunday, March 15, and close at 11:59 p.m. March 22.
To enter the lottery for the 10K race, which will be run on the Fourth of July and will feature 60,000 participants, go to www.ajc.com/peachtree.
Entrants will receive an email by March 25 notifying them if they were selected. Searchable results can be found on www.peachtreeroadrace.org and www.ajc.com/peachtree March 25.
It costs $35, plus an online processing fee, to register if you are a member of the Atlanta Track Club, $38 plus online fees if you aren’t.
Those wishing to run as part of group can enter as a group. If a group is selected, everyone in that group, up to 10 people, will receive entry into the race. Each member’s start wave will be based upon the finish time submitted during registration. If the group isn’t selected, no one in that group will gain entry.
