Hawks fans won’t have to wait too long to see guard Trae Young on their TV screens.

The four-time All-Star will appear as the celebrity guest picker when ESPN’s “College GameDay” visits Norman, Oklahoma on Saturday, ahead of the matchup between Oklahoma and Michigan.

Young, who played at Oklahoma from 2017-18, has not been shy about his love for Norman, as well as for his alma mater.

The NBA’s assists leader accepted a role as an assistant general manager of the Sooners’ basketball program in March, as well as donated $1 million to the program to aid its efforts to win a championship.

This also isn’t Young’s first time in the guest picker chair for “College GameDay.” He remotely served as the guest, making his picks ahead of a matchup between Oklahoma and Oklahoma State in 2020.

“College GameDay” airs from 9 a.m. to Noon on ESPN.
