Electric slide and homecoming vibes ahead of Obama’s speech
The atmosphere inside the Gateway Center is quite electric with the crowd at capacity and fired up ahead of the keynote speeches.
DJ Frank Ski has been keeping the crowd hyped up from a both wrapped with the word, “Vote.”
There have been shout outs for historically black colleges and universities, many of which are in the midst of hosting popular Homecoming weekends for students and alumni. Several members of the audience are also wearing their sorority and fraternity paraphernalia.
The sound track has included Beyonce and Salt-n-Pepa, a mix of current hits and throwbacks.
