If you live in Albany, you can expect Hurricane Michael to hit Wednesday evening with tropical storm conditions, possible hurricane conditions and wind gusts up to 33 miles per hour during the height of the storm, according to the National Weather Service. A total rainfall of 3 to 4 inches is expected.
