Vice President Mike Pence’s press secretary is back on the job more than two weeks after testing positive for the coronavirus.

Katie Miller, one of two people at the White House known to have tested positive for the virus earlier this month, announced Tuesday that she was fully recovered.

“Back at work today after three NEGATIVE COVID tests,” her statement read on Twitter. “Thank you to all my amazing doctors and everyone who reached out with support.”

Miller, who is married to Stephen Miller, a senior aide to President Donald Trump, also announced that she was pregnant.

“I couldn’t have done it without my amazing husband who took great care of his pregnant wife,” she said.

Miller tested positive two days after a personal valet to the president was also diagnosed. There have not been any other announcements of a positive test at the White House.

Soon after the positive tests, Trump revealed he was taking the antimalarial drug hydroxychloroquine as a virus preventive despite studies showing its potential health risks.

On Sunday, he announced that he had completed taking a two-week course of the drug.

“Finished, just finished,” he said in an interview that aired on Sinclair Broadcasting on Sunday. “And, by the way, I’m still here.”
