Woman swallows tapeworm to lose weight

Forget the gym, she swallowed a parasite

A woman was so desperate to lose weight that she decided -- without medical advice to do so -- to go to extreme measures and swallow a parasite --  a tapeworm, to be exact. It was so confusing to her physician that he had to actually call the health department to figure out how to treat the woman.
