Dropping water balloons is nothing new.
But police said two men picked the wrong targets..
Police in Indianapolis said undercover officers were on the receiving end of a water balloon bombardment from the sixth floor of a parking garage.
Officers reported busting a 30-year-old man and a 22-year-old man for criminal recklessness.
Police noted from that height a water balloon hits like a one-pound object.
No officers were hurt.
