A Tennessee man was arrested Wednesday after police said he was found urinating on the floor of a Wal-Mart while stuffing a package of trout in his pants.

David Wylie, 56, told police that he was intoxicated, the Clarksville Leaf-Chronicle reports. Officers said Wylie was seen urinating on the sales floor near the alcohol aisle while he was placing a package of trout into his pants. He was also trying to leave the store without paying for the item, police added.

Wylie told police that he knew he was urinating on the floor, but he “was not concerned because it was a misdemeanor.” Police said he tried to steal more than $130 worth of items and caused $10 worth of damage inside the store.

He was arrested and charged with shoplifting, vandalism, indecent exposure and public intoxication.
