Atlanta is about to get two radio shows on commercial real estate. Michael Bull, president of Atlanta brokerage firm Bull Realty, will launch the Commercial Real Estate Show on Saturday at 10 a.m. on Biz 1190 AM (WAFS). Meanwhile, Gene Kansas, who leads Gene Kansas Commercial Real Estate, will launch Sidewalk Radio on Monday at 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on AM 1690, The Voice of the Arts (WMLB).

Bull, 51, grew up in Atlanta and leads an office with 32 brokers.  His shows will be about distressed real estate and “workouts” in which beleaguered borrowers seek relief from their lenders, debt and equity markets and landlord/tenant negotiations, for example.

Kansas, 37, grew up in New Orleans and has lived in Atlanta since 1995. His firm has six brokers. His show will focus more on culture, arts and architecture.

Both shows will be pre-recorded and streamed online.
