Portions of I-285 were delayed in two areas of DeKalb County on Wednesday afternoon.
A 7-vehicle crash had an eastbound lane blocked before I-20, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center. Delays stretched back to I-675, according to Channel 2 Action News.
In a website alert, the Georgia Department of Transportation urged drivers traveling eastbound toward I-20 on eastbound I-285 to use alternate routes to avoid extreme delays.
In Dunwoody, an injury crash on I-285 westbound at Chamblee Dunwoody Road blocked the three left lanes, according to the WSB 24-hour Traffic Center.
