A small plane with only the pilot aboard landed in the grass median of Ga. 27 in Carroll County on Thursday, police said.
The plane ran out of gas while going to the Carrollton airport and landed near Blandenburg Road, Carrollton police spokesman Capt. Chris Dobbs said.
There were no injuries, he said.
