A Loganville man died Wednesday in a four-vehicle crash on Ga. 316 in Barrow County, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

About 1:45 p.m., three trucks were slowing for a red light at Ga. 81, Trooper D.O. Saddler said. A fourth vehicle, a box truck driven by Martin Andrade-Cerda, was following too closely and hit one of the trucks, the GSP said.

The impact sent the truck into the rear of a GMC Sierra and the Sierra into the rear of a Ford F-150, Saddler said.

The trucks came to an uncontrolled rest after the wreck, according to the GSP.

Andrade-Cerda, 55, died on the scene.

No other injuries were reported.
