2. DeKalb Sheriff Jeff Mann suspends himself for unbecoming conduct. DeKalb County Sheriff Jeff Mann, who was arrested for allegedly exposing himself in Piedmont Park, is suspending himself for one week. "I cannot ask my employees to abide by a code of conduct unless I am willing to subject myself to it as well," Mann wrote in a Tuesday email to Sheriff's Office employees. 3. Able bodied but no job = no food stamps. Thousands of Georgians are no longer collecting food stamps due to new work requirements, according to state figures released Tuesday. The new work mandate applies to food stamp recipients in 21 counties - several in metro Atlanta - who are considered able-bodied and without children. [Read more]

5. Bride sues Marriott after norovirus outbreak. A local bride and her husband filed a lawsuit against the hotel that held their wedding reception after the couple and their guests became violently ill. The health department determined norovirus sickened Michelle Francis, her husband and dozens of their guests at the Atlanta Airport Marriott, according to Channel 2 Action News. [Read more]
