Special needs students in Gwinnett to get help making transition

The Gwinnett County Public School System is hosting an event for families of special needs students who are preparing to transition from K-12 to adulthood. The school system’s annual Transition Fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on March 16 at Peachtree Ridge High, 1555 Old Peachtree Rd., Suwanee.
