Ever wanted to live like a Spanish king without leaving Atlanta?

A gorgeous historic Buckhead mansion just left the market for a mouth-watering $7.2 million. Villa Juanita is seven acres of walled-in grounds with its own forest, 70-foot pool, walking trails and terraces.

The house is a 10,000-square foot single-family home with Mediterranean style. It offers five full bathrooms, two half baths, 14 principal rooms, a tennis court and a 462-square foot garage.

The description advertised it as being on sale for only the third time in 94 years. It was sold in September 2016 to an undisclosed buyer.

Living like a king will also cost you a king's ransom. Zillow estimates the monthly mortgage (monthly!) at $35,497. One month in this house costs the same as a car. A good car.
