The county parking deck at East Main and Mason Street in downtown Cumming will permanently close at 6 p.m. Dec. 28.

The deck is scheduled for demolition to allow for construction of a new courthouse approved by voters in the 2011 special purpose local option sales tax referendum. Jurors and others with business at the Forsyth County Courthouse should use the lot at the southwest corner of Maple Street and Castleberry Road.
