I take up the question today, while readers share their views on the six-month trial and the stiff sentences handed down last week by a Fulton County judge to 8 of 10 convicted educators. One of the issues touched on in the trial was testing; a former state Department of Education researcher discusses in a guest column what goes into creating a test and how Georgia has fallen short.
