A man was shot late Saturday night at Wyndcliff Galleria apartments in Smyrna, authorities told Channel 2 Action News.

Cornell Sullivan, 21, was shot outside of building 36 of the 2300 block Cobb Parkway location. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police told the TV station there doesn’t appear to be a connection between Sullivan and the suspect.

No further information is available at this time and the incident remains under investigation, according to police.
