However, a drinking game in South Florida last month took a violent turn, as the rules of the game stipulated the loser had to stab themselves with a screwdriver, TCPalm reported.

According to an arrest affidavit from the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office, Belinda Latice Adams, 41, of Fort Pierce, told authorities May 24 her opponent "stabbed himself because he lost the game," the website reported.

The man told investigators he received a wound on his shoulder because he fell, although he did admit to playing the game, TCPalm reported.

The man said he lost the game and told Adams to stab him, according to the arrest affidavit. Adams complied.

She was arrested on a felony aggravated battery charge, TCPalm reported.
