All lanes are have reopened on I-285 westbound after a three-car wreck had the interstate shut down between I-85 south and Northcrest Road, authorities said.
As of 11:40 p.m., Georgia Department of Transportation officials reported that the top-side accident in DeKalb County was cleared.
