One lucky winner took home a $50,000 Jumbo Bucks Classic lottery ticket from a Marietta Quiktrip on Aug. 19.

The lucky ticket was one of at least four winning Jumbo Bucks Classic tickets claimed in the metro Atlanta area from July to October, according to data from the Georgia Lottery Corporation. The lottery provided data on prizes exceeding $600.

At least $107.8 million in winnings was claimed during that time from tickets sold at area stores .

All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia's HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia's Pre-K program. See winning numbers at ajc.com/lottery.
