Watch these firefighters free an entangled deer in the Fulton woods

Alpharetta firefighters freed a deer whose antlers had become entangled in a hanging object, and someone thought to film it.

The video shows the animal running around the tree in an effort to get loose.

Once they can get close enough, the firefighters use a blanket to hold the deer’s antlers against a tree while they cut the object.

“I know, buddy, hold on,” one man is heard saying while the deer struggled.

“You’re almost free, man,” someone says.

Once released, the deer quickly ran off into the woods, stumbling a little on the way.

“That’s how it’s done,” the person who filmed the four-minute video says, laughing.
