Town Center at Cobb continues to expand its lineup of places where shoppers can grab a quick bite to eat.

VeGreen Burger, a vegan joint, is now open for mall shoppers to explore. VeGreen Burger is located next to Sbarro and offers “pan-Asian plates and bites,” said Town Center mall owner Simon.

The company uses ingredients from around the world to include in their meatless creations, such as veggie burgers and other vegan dishes.

I Luv Pho, a sit-down restaurant, will open in a 5,200 square-foot space below the food court at the mall’s entrance between JCPenney and Belk.

The restaurant’s menu items, including its signature pho noodle soup, will be made fresh each morning and throughout the day.

“Offering our guests an enjoyable shopping experience includes more than providing the best fashion brands,” said Shelly Weidner, director of marketing and business development for Town Center. “These tasty new food choices help us ensure that there’s something on the menu for every visitor to enjoy.”
