A Gwinnett County teenager was arrested Thursday after allegedly masturbating in a parking lot near a local high school -- and in front of two 15-year-old girls.
According to an incident report from the Lilburn Police Department, two female Berkmar High School students were walking in a parking lot near Lawrenceville Highway on Thursday afternoon when they saw a male -- later identified as Kieran Sebastion Dietz -- sitting on the ground and masturbating. The girls "looked away and hurried up," police said, but Dietz shouted at them.
"Come on ladies I could use some help," he allegedly said.
The girls fled, went back to school and told a teacher.
Gwinnett County Public Schools police detained Dietz before Lilburn police arrived on scene, the report said. Dietz was charged with two counts apiece of indecent exposure and child molestation. Dietz remained in the Gwinnett County jail Friday morning in lieu of $55,800 bond, online records showed.
Dietz's exact age was not immediately clear. The police incident report lists his birth year as 1998.
