Sustainability Summit to focus on Green is Good

April 10, 2012

The Urban Land Institute of Atlanta will host a Sustainability Summit to explore what’s next for Atlanta and the surrounding region’s economic, social, and sustainable future, on April 18 at the Retreat at Perimeter Summit, 1001 Summit Boulevard, Atlanta, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

“Green is Good” is the theme of this year’s summit and discussions will range from the rising value of green building to retrofitting historical buildings.

Chris Leinberger’s keynote address will argue for passage of the Transportation Investment Act as a means of restoring Atlanta to its former pre-eminence as the capital of the New South.
