Surplus vehicles in Snellville made available for auction

The Snellville City Council voted recently to approve three “police seized” vehicles and one public works department vehicle for surplus. These are vehicles that are either in poor shape or are no longer being utilized by their departments. The city will dispose of the vehicles by selling them on eBay.

The vehicles listed for surplus are a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500, 2009 Dodge Ram 1500, 2000 Ford F250, and 2002 Toyota Prius

Funds from the seized vehicles will be returned to the State Asset Forfeiture account. There is a small cost to list the items on eBay, but that is recouped in the sale.
