A Notre Dame Academy student was arrested after allegedly making threats Tuesday at the school, Duluth police said.

The student, 17, was charged with making terroristic threats. Police did not specify what the threats involved. As of Tuesday afternoon, jail records did not show the student had been booked.

The school was not placed on lockdown in light of the alleged threats, but the student was arrested after Duluth police officers investigated.

Notre Dame Academy is a private Catholic school in Duluth educating students from pre-K to grade 12.
