Smyrna's town fountain will bubble green

Smyrna's town fountain will bubble green again on Thursday in honor of St. Patrick's Day. Mayor Max Bacon will help kick off St. Patrick's Day festivities after a biodegradable shamrock-colored dye is added to the Market Village fountain.
