Smyrna interim city administrator leaving Friday

Smyrna’s interim city administrator is leaving for another job.

Mayor Max Bacon announced Monday that Friday will be Toni Jo Howard’s last day.

Planning to stay in the city, she joined the city’s staff three years ago, he said, as the finance director.
